Payment

Payments are accepted through PayPal and are due within 3 days of purchase.

Returns

We pride ourselves our providing our customers with accurate, detailed, and comprehensive information on every item with sell. Sure, we could look for shortcuts but we know that ultimately, for us to be successful every customer what receive exactly what they expected. For each item we include detailed pictures, actual measurements, detailed descriptions, and any flaws or defects. If we didn’t provide accurate measurements, item specifics, missed a flaw or an issue that wasn’t considered normal wear, please contact us and we will arrange for return and refund.

To help enable us to keep in line with our mission of providing our customers with the best fashions at the best price, all sales are considered final. If you decide that it wasn’t what you wanted, made a hasty purchase, or perhaps didn’t confirm the measurements provided, contact us and we will try our best to work with you. In most cases, we can take the product back less shipping and a restocking fee. Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Authenticity

Absolutely! Purchase with the confidence that you are buying 100% authentic designer merchandise. Any item that we have that we’re less than 100% positive is authentic is reviewed by professional authenticators for confirmation. We are so confident in the authenticity of our items, that we will issue a full refund if you feel that you've purchased an inauthentic item.

Sizing

This is where we make the difference in ensuring you satisfaction. This is for all our items but more importantly for clothing. The garments we represent were purchased at fine clothiers or retailers, and in these instances are typically tailored to meet the requirements of the original owner. Most of these items are not “off the rack” items and even in those cases, size varies by designer.

We strive to ensure the satisfaction of each of our customers and encourage you to please read the full description of our listing before making your purchasing decision.

The key to purchasing a garment that will accent your best attributes is to understand your size and how that compares to the measurements we provide. Since these garments have been tailored or had alterations, the size label plays a smaller role in determining whether this garment is for you. Men’s suits are a great example. If a man takes a 40 Regular in a suit his measurements can range anywhere from 5’ 8” to 5” 11”, a waist from 32” to 35”, and a sleeve length from 32” to 35”. When the suit is purchased, it is meant to be tailored to the exact measurements of that customer. So, if you purchase a pre-owned suit because you take a 40 Regular, it may not fit. To ensure that it either does fit, or can be altered to fit, we provide detailed information on each piece so that you can compare it to and item you have that does.

Shipping & Handling

We weigh and calculate shipping on each of our items to ensure that we keep the cost to our customers at a minimum. Sure, we can increase the price of our items and lower the shipping cost as many as our competitors do but we choose to let our customers know what they are paying for instead of hiding the costs in the products. It benefits you and it allows us to continue our strategy of providing you the best price on the best products. Our shipping department will pack and ship your items with the utmost care and within one business day. Each listing contains the shipping amount for that item.

If you would like to use your own shipping account, such as a Fed-Ex or UPS account, we can accommodate that. To keep with our handling time, you must create the label and email us the tracking number within 24 hours of payment. Please mail the label and packing materials to us within three business day of payment. There will be a $2.00 handling charge for this service or $3.75 if you would like us to supply the packing material.

Domestic US Shipping

We ship our items via USPS Priority for all items less than 4 lbs. and/or over $100. We ship USPS Parcel Select for items over 4lbs. that are less than $100 total sale price.

International Shipping

We provide worldwide shipping on all of our items unless stated otherwise in the listing.

Canada, Mexico, South & Central America, Australia, & the United Kingdom

We ship USPS First Class International If the item price is $74.99 or less and less than 4 lbs. For items that are over $75 and/or over 4lbs, we ship USPS Priority Mail International.

Asia & Europe

We ship USPS First Class International If the item price is $49.99 or less and less than 4 lbs. For items that are $50 and over, and/or over 4lbs, we ship USPS Priority Mail International.

Combined Shipping Discount

Domestic US – Take the highest of the stated shipping amount and add $3.00 for each additional item. Shipping method for combined typically will revert to Parcel Select.

International Customers – Yes, we do offer combine shipping discounts but as it’s much more complex, please email us with the items you are interested and we will provide you with a quote at the best possible price.

Shipping Methods:

US Priority Mail: 3 to 5 business days and tracking is provided by USPS.

Parcel Select: 7 to 10 business days and tracking is provided by USPS.

Priority Mail International: Tracking is provided but delivery times are not guaranteed.

First Class International: Delivery can be anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks. Items that are shipped from are location typically take a few days to arrive at the Jamaica, NY Sort Facility, which is US Customs. No additional tracking information is provided by the postal service until it arrives to you. You can use the tracking number to call your local Post Office and Customs office to see if they have current information
